We have a cadre of banks across the United States that are looking for quality loans for their bank portfolio. 7(a) Funding specializes in SBA loan packaging for these entities. And, while we do get a tremendous amount of direct inquiries, we are always looking for consultants to refer opportunities to us for placement within our network.

The beauty of our model is that it allows you to refer a client to us, collect a few checklist items, and move on to the next one. Our team will underwrite the opportunity, package it, and close it with the chosen financial institution. After it closes, you receive a referral fee equal to 1.0% of the loan amount directly from the bank! This works well, as clients don’t like paying “finder’s fees” in general. So, to them, you appear to be FREE help. We generally can close a completed package in 45-60 days (depending on the complexity).
